We aim to respond to PayPal disputes as soon as possible. Please note that our working hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00–15:00 (+2 GMT).

As soon as our team is notified, we will review your case, including the item purchased, your communication history, and any available delivery information. We will provide our response in English, and the dispute will remain open while the review is ongoing. If we require any additional details from you, we will contact you through PayPal.

If you would like to dispute a PayPal fee, please email us at [email protected] with “PayPal Dispute” in the subject line.
