All complaints regarding order errors or delivery should be made within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Please contact us at [email protected] use Order Error in the subject line.
Report a Defect: If you notice any faults or issues with your order, please send your complaint to [email protected]. Use the subject line Defect. Also include the following details:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear images of the defect
- Clear images of the front, side, back and sole of the shoe
- Clear image of the batch number (group of numbers usually printed on the inside of the zipper)
Promptly reporting any issues helps us to address and resolve them more effectively. Delays in reporting can make it difficult to determine whether a problem is due to normal wear and tear or a defect present at the time of shipping.
