Complaints, Issues, and Reporting Faulty Products
All complaints regarding order errors or delivery should be made within seven (7) days of receiving the order. Contact us at [email protected] use the subject line Order Error.
Report a Defect: If you notice any faults or issues with your order, please send your complaint to [email protected]. Use the subject line Defect. Also include the following details:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear images of the defect
- Clear images of the front, side, back and sole of the shoe
- Clear image of the batch number (group of numbers usually printed on the inside of the zipper)
Delays in reporting can make it difficult to determine whether a problem is due to normal wear and tear or a defect present at the time of shipping.
