Fees for Not-Collected Parcels or Incorrect Delivery InformationUpdated a year ago

We reserve the right to deduct any relevant shipping and handling costs from the refunded amount for items returned back to us due to incorrect delivery information or not in accordance with our Delivery or Returns Policy. A parcel that is not collected by the courier or shipping company is not considered a return.  

We will deduct €19.90 for shipping and handling costs from the refunded amount for any not-collected parcels or those undelivered due to incorrect delivery information.
