Free standard delivery* is available to parcel lockers and pick-up points, for orders over €69 

Home delivery (Kotipaketti) fees for orders over 69€ start from €6.90 (only available in Finland). 

For orders over €69.00, we offer free standard delivery to parcel lockers or a pick-up point and free returns for the following countries

• Finland (incl. Ahvenanmaa) 
• Sweden 
• Estonia 
• Latvia 
• Lithuania 
• Denmark 
• Germany 
• Austria 
• Netherlands 
• Belgium 
• Poland 
• Czechia 

NOTE: We only offer free returns from the from the same country where the order was delivered If an order is shipped to e.g. Sweden, the return must be made from Sweden to qualify for free returns.

Orders shipped to countries, such as Switzerland or Norway, must be returned from the country of delivery.

*In some countries standard delivery (excluding Finland) might be to a home address. 

Working days are Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 noon (GMT+2) will be processed on the next working day.
