Returns from Finland

Free Returns: 

You can return your order using Posti or Matkahuolto service points. If you choose to use another courier or shipping method, any return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Posti: Return via service point or parcel locker

Matkahuolto: Return via service point only (parcel locker eturns not available). 

Home collection for returns is not available. 

Return Process:

Please note that customer returns may take a little longer to reach their destination, typically 5 to 14 days. 

Returns via Posti: 

1. Write on the parcel: 
   • 636673 
   • Pomarfin 
2. Ensure the old postage label is hidden. 
3. Take the parcel to any Posti service point. 
   • Take the parcel to a Posti service point. 
   • Posti Locker: If you received your parcel via a Posti locker, you can return it to a locker using the same code. 
4. Remember to retain the shipping receipt from Posti until you have received the refund.

 Returns via Matkahuolto: 

1. Write on the parcel: 
   • 9538401 
   • Pomarfin 
2. Ensure the old postage label is hidden. 
3. Take the parcel to any Matkahuolto service point. 
   • Please note that returns cannot be made via a Matkahuolto locker. 
4. Remember to retain the shipping receipt from Matkahuolto until you have received the refund. 

Home Delivery Orders: Returns & Refunds

If you return your entire order that was delivered via home delivery, please note: We refund only the standard shipping cost, not the additional home delivery fee.

Refund details

Orders over €69:

• No shipping costs are refunded.
• You pay the extra home delivery fee (€6.90).

Orders under €69:

• We refund the standard shipping cost (€9.90).
• You pay only the additional home delivery fee (€4.90).

Example: Home delivery for orders under €69 costs €13.90 (€9.90 standard + €4.90 extra).
