Returns from Germany or Austria 

You can return the products free of charge by placing the Parcel Return Connect post label that came with the shoes on the package. Remember to add the Returns Form into the parcel. 

1. Attach the label so that it covers the old post label. 
2. Return via a service point: https://paketshopfinder.dhlpaket.at/

If you choose to use another method, we can’t refund you for the shipping costs. 

Please note that customer returns take usually 14 to 25 working days. 
You do not need to inform us when you ship the return back to us.
