How to Return from Outside of EU. (Norway, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Japan)Updated 4 months ago

Returns from Outside the EU.  USA, Canada, Japan, Israel, Norway, Switzerland 

You can return products at your own expense via a local post or courier of your choice. As you are responsible for tracking the return parcel, we recommend using a delivery method with tracking, as we cannot guarantee the arrival of the shipment.   Do Not use UPS courier service they cannot deliver direct to our warehouse.   Requesting a signature or using UPS might result in the parcel being sent back to the sender.  

Ensure that the old postage label is hidden.

Important Steps: 

1.) Email Notification:  

After sending your return, email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your Order Number.
  • The Names of the Products being returned.
  • The Return Tracking Code provided by your shipping carrier.

These details are essential to prevent delays at customs. Refunds can only be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.

2.) Labelling and Contact Information:  Do not request a signature, as this is not possible at the warehouse due to it being an unmanned drop-off point. Requesting a signature might result in the parcel being sent back to the sender. 

Use the email [email protected]  and phone number +358 40 195 6880 for package/return registration papers. It is important that both the email and phone number are listed, so we receive notification of parcels as soon as they arrive at Finnish customs. 

3.) Customs and Exchanges:  Due to customs processes and delays, we do not offer exchanges for purchases outside of the European Union.

4.) Refund Timeline and Tracking:  As you are responsible for tracking the return parcel, we recommend using a delivery method with tracking, as we cannot guarantee the arrival of the shipment. 

Please note: Products must be returned from the delivery country. We usually expect customer returns from outside of the EU to take 25 to 35 working days to reach us, depending on which postal service you use.
