If your order has already been packed, processed, or shipped, it is not possible to update or cancel the order. 

We can attempt to change or cancel your order if it has not yet been packed, processed, or shipped. We can only change the size requested.  

Please email us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line: Cancel My Order or Change my Order and include your order number so we can trace it. 


Change or edit of address:  

It is not possible to edit or change a shipping address.   Please email us immediately with the subject line: Cancel My Order and include your order number so we can trace it.  If your order has already been packed, processed, or shipped, it is not possible cancel your order. 


Fees for Not-Collected or incorrectly returned parcels 

We reserve the right to deduct any relevant shipping and handling costs from the refunded amount for items returned incorrectly or not in accordance with our terms. A parcel that is not collected by the courier or shipping company is not considered a return. We will deduct €19.90 for shipping and handling costs from the refunded amount for any not-collected parcels.
