Extended Returns for Black Friday (17.11.25-1.12.25)

To make gifting easier, all orders placed between 17th November and 1st December qualify for our Extended Return Period, giving you the flexibility to return items up until 31st December 2025.

Free Returns

We only offer free returns from the from the same country where the order was delivered. If an order is shipped to e.g. Sweden, the return must be made from Sweden to qualify for free returns.

Orders shipped to other countries, such as Norway, must be returned from the country of delivery.

Exchanges 

We only offer exchanges for different sizes of the same product. Please note that exchanges are only permitted for size adjustments and cannot be made for different products. If you require a different product, please initiate a return following the instructions outlined in our Return Policy below, and place a new order for the desired item. 

Exchanges from Finland: All exchange orders are delivered to a Posti pickup point. If you would prefer home delivery for your exchange, please return your original order and place a new order through our online store.

Return Process

Packaging: Please return unused products in their original packaging, ensuring that the old postage label is hidden. Please ensure that no tags are removed from the product/s. 

Return Form: Include the filled-in return form with your returned products. If you need a new return form, contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number. 

Instructions by Country: Specific return instructions are provided for different countries. Please refer to the relevant section below for detailed information.

Refund Process 

You will receive a refund once we receive and process your return, provided that the conditions outlined in our Return Policy are met. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.  

Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed by your banking provider. 

The refund will be issued in euros. Please note that fluctuations in exchange rates may affect the final refund amount in your local currency. Additionally, Pomar is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied. For specific details on processing times and fees, please contact your banking provider.

Home Delivery Orders: Returns & Refunds

If you return your entire order that was delivered via home delivery, please note: We refund only the standard shipping cost, not the additional home delivery fee.

Refund details

Orders over €69:

• No shipping costs are refunded.
• You pay the extra home delivery fee (€6.90).

Orders under €69:

• We refund the standard shipping cost (€9.90).
• You pay only the additional home delivery fee (€4.90).

Example: Home delivery for orders under €69 costs €13.90 (€9.90 standard + €4.90 extra).
